Waar toepaslik, sal 'n onderdeel of verwante produk se kode as kruisverwysing in die produkinligting op die detailbladsy getoon word. Deur op die kode te kliek sien die gebruiker onmiddelik die detailbladsy van die onderdeel of verwante produk. Sien byvoorbeeld die Felco of Mythos handelsmerke in Hardware. Sien ook die kruisverwysings in die Dulux reeks verwe onder Agentskappe.

1. Search through the catalogue for a product

There are several ways to search for a specific product or group of products.

• Type in any part of the description of the product in the search window on the home page. The search result will contain products in any department that complies with the specifications.
  
• By clicking on a product department such as e g Hardware the search scope is limited and a list of all product categories can be searched. By clicking on any category, the range of products in the category is displayed in the search results. The number in brackets after the category description indicates the number of products in the category.
  
• On the product page provision is also made for searching by any part of the description or by specific product code.
  
• A list of brand names is also displayed on every product department page. By clicking on any of the brand names, a comprehensive list of the products with the brand names is displayed in the search result.
  
• On the search result page the range is displayed in Afrikaans and in English. The Thumbnails function is used to display small photos of every product in the range together on one page. By clicking on any description or small photo, access is gained to the product-detailed page.
  
• On the product-detailed page a category path of the product is displayed. e.g. Hardware / Tools / Hand tools/ Hammers. By clicking on any part of the category path, the user sees the range that forms part of category. Hammers will for example display all hammers; Hand tools all hand tools, etc.
  
• Where applicable, a part or related product 's code will be displayed as cross-reference in the product information on the detailed page. By clicking on the code the user will immediately view the detailed page of the part or related product. See for example the Felco or Mythos brand names in Hardware. Also see the cross-reference in the Dulux range paints under Agencies.
  

2. Tegniese inligting

Where necessary a page with technical detail is linked to the product. It may be a description of parts, user instructions, or e g a pump curve at irrigation pumps. A small moving gear on the detailed page indicates a technical page. Access to the technical page is gained by clicking on the small gear. See for example the Felco range pruning shears or K29 Macnaught grease pump in Hardware.

3. Toegang tot die vervaardiger webtuiste

Indien die vervaardiger oor 'n webtuiste beskik, word dit aan die logo op die produk detail bladsy gekoppel. Deur op die logo te kliek, word toegang tot die vervaardiger webtuiste verkry. Sien byvoorbeeld Lasher, Will, Coleman, Macnaught, Cadac, Felco, Victorinox, Dulux en meer.

3. Access to the manufacturer's web site

Should the manufacturer have a web site, it is linked to the logo on the product-detailed page. By clicking on the logo, access is gained dot the producer web site. See for instance Lasher, Will, Coleman, Macnaught, Cadac, Felco, Victorinox, Dulux and more.

4. Kommentaar, navrae oor 'n spesifieke produk

Op elke produk detailbladsy, onder die foto, is 'n kliekblokkie wat 'n vormpie toon met die betrokke produkbeskrywing bo-aan. Die vorm kan gebruik word om tegniese of ander inligting oor die produk te bekom of op kommentaar te lewer oor die produk of die inligting op in die katalogus. Dit word direk aan die betrokke produkbestuurder gestuur vir opvolging

4. Comment on, inquiries about a specific product

On every product-detailed page, below the photo, is a click box indicating a form with the description of the product concerned at the top. The form may be used to obtain technical or other information about the product or to comment on the product or information in the catalogue. This is sent directly to the product manager to follow up.

5. Lys van handelaars

Op die tuisblad, sowel as op elke produk detailbladsy, word 'n kliekblokkie getoon wat 'n tuimelkassie lewer met elke dorp in die land waar Agrinet oor 'n handelaar beskik. Deur op enige dorp te kliek, word die handelaar/s op die dorp se naam, straatadres, telefoonnommer en e-pos adres getoon. Dit kan gebruik word om direk navraag te doen oor beskikbaarheid en prys.

5. List of dealers

On the home page as well as on every product-detailed page, a click box is displayed which presents a turn-over box with every town in the country where Agrinet has a dealer. By clicking on any town, the name, street address, telephone number and e-mail of the dealer/s in the town are displayed. These can be used to directly inquire about prices and availability.

6. E-pos aan Agrinet

Algemene e-pos wat verband hou met die katalogus, kan gestuur word deur die kliekblokkie op die tuisblad te gebruik. 'n Lys van spesifieke e-pos adresse verskyn onder Contact Us op Agrinet se korporatiewe webtuiste by www.agrinet.co.za.

6. E-mail to Agrinet

General e-mail relating to the catalogue can be sent by using the click box on the home page. A list of specific e-mail addresses appears under Contact Us on Agrinet's corporate web site at www.agrinet.co.za.

7. Bestel (koop) produkte

'n Bestelling word opgemaak deur 'n inkooptrollie te vul, wat op enige stadium as bestelling geplaas kan word. Hierdie fasiliteit is slegs beskikbaar aan Agrinet rekeninghouers of lede/rekeninghouers van deelnemende landboubesighede.
Bestellings van Agrinet rekeninghouers word op die normale wyse, soos enige ander bestellings hanteer.
Bestellings van lede of rekeninghouers van landboubesighede sal afgelewer word by die winkel of tak wat in die oorspronklike aansoekvorm gespesifiseer is. Betaling geskied met afhaal, of die lid se rekening sal na afhaal dienooreenkomstig deur die landboubesigheid gedebiteer word. Bestellings kan ook in Isando of Bellville by Agrinet se pakhuise afgehaal word (slegs op landboubesigheid rekening).

7. Order (purchase) products

An order is made up by filling a shopping trolley, which may at any time be placed as an order. This facility is only available to Agrinet account holders or members/account holders of participating agricultural businesses.
Order of Agrinet account holders are dealt with in the normal way, just like any other order.
Orders of members or account holders of agricultural businesses will be delivered at the shop or branch specified in the original application form. Payment is made on collection or the member's account will be debited accordingly by the agricultural business. Orders may also be collected at Agrinet's warehouse in Isando or Bellville (only on accounts of agricultural businesses).

8. Application for an open account at Agrinet

Click on the Application for Agrinet account box on the home page, which will display an application information page. Otherwise click on the web trade boxes or on the trolley on any product-detailed page. The latter will result in an additional choice screen displaying the option "Application for Agrinet account or Agrinet user name and password". Click here to gain access to the application for an account information page. An account application option is displayed on the information page.

Important - Agrinet is a wholesale distributor who only sells directly to the trade and not to agricultural end users.

9. Application for user name and password for existing Agrinet account holders

Click on the Application for Agrinet account box on the home page, which will display an application for an account information page. Otherwise click on any of the Web trade boxes or on the trolley on the product-detailed page. The latter will result in an additional choice screen displaying the option "Application for Agrinet account or Agrinet user name and password". Click here to gain access to the application for an account information page.

An Account application option is displayed on the information page. Only complete the fields indicated in the account application form. A user name and password are supplied within six working hours.

10. Application for user name and pass word for purchase on co-operative or agricultural accounts.

The facility is only available to existing co-operative or agricultural company account holders/members and is only applicable to participating agricultural businesses.

Click on the Buy on Co-operative account click box on the home page, which will display an application for account information page. Otherwise click on any of the Web trade boxes or on the trolley on the product-detailed page. The latter will result in an additional choice screen displaying the option "Application for Agrinet account or Agrinet user name and password". Click here to gain access to the application for a user name information page.

11. Pryse van produkte

Pryse van produkte word nie in die katalogus getoon nie. Pryse kan wel in die e-handel fasiliteit gesien word na toegang daartoe verkry is deur gebruik te maak van 'n gebruikersnaam en wagwoord. Dit is alleen beskikbaar aan Agrinet rekeninghouers of lede/rekeninghouers van deelnemende koöperasies of landboumaatskappye.

11. Prices of products

Product prices are not displayed in the catalogue. Prices may however be viewed in the e-trade facility after access was gained by using a user name and password. This is only available to Agrinet account holders or members/account holders of participating co-operatives or agricultural companies.

12. Vul van inkooptrollie

Die inkopietrollie kan op enige stadium nagegaan word deur op die kliekblokkie met die trollievoorstelling in die Webhandel paneel te kliek. Die trollie hoef ook nie dadelik omskep te word In 'n bestelling nie.
Die inkooptrollie kan op drie maniere gevul word:

a. Direk van die produk detailbladsy.

• Kliek op die klein trollie langs die produkkode en beskrywing op die produk detailbladsy.
  
• Sleutel die gebruikersnaam en wagwoord in (slegs een keer per werksessie).
  
• Die produkbesonderhede en prys verskyn op die skerm.
  
• Kliek in die "select" blokkie en sleutel daarna die hoeveelheid in wat in die trollie geplaas moet word.
  
• Kliek op die blou inkopietrollie om die bestelling in die "shopping cart" te plaas.
  
• Kliek op "Terug na Katalogus" of op die Katalogus Opskrif om nog produkte by te voeg op die wyse.
  

b. Soek per beskrywing of kode in die bestelprogram.

• Kliek op die kasregister blokkie in die Webhandel paneel met teks Now let's do some business.
  
• Sleutel die gebruikersnaam en wagwoord in (slegs een keer per werksessie).
  
• 'n Soekskerm verskyn waar die gebruiker die produk se naam, of gedeelte van die naam of die kode kan insleutel.
  
• 'n Produk of reeks van produkte verskyn wat voldoen aan die spesifikasie.
  
• Deur op enige produkbeskrywing te kliek word die ooreenstemmende detailbladsy in die katalogus getoon.
  
• Kliek in die "select" blokkie en sleutel daarna die hoeveelheid in wat in die trollie geplaas moet word.
  
• Kliek op die klein inkopietrollie om die items in die inkooptrollie te plaas
  
• Indien nog produkte bestel moet word, kliek op die "New search" blokkie.
  

c. Lys van kodes en hoeveelheid.
Die funksie is handig indien die kodes bekend is en dit nie nodig is om elke produk te soek nie.

• Kliek op die kasregister met kodelys en teks Order per code list in die Webhandel paneel.
  
• Sleutel die gebruikersnaam en wagwoord in (slegs een keer per werksessie).
  
• Sleutel die verlange kodes en hoeveelhede in. Gebruik Tab om tussen kolomme te beweeg.
  
• Wanner die lys voltooi is, kliek op die blou inkopietrollie. 'n Boodskap sal aandui dat die items aanvaar is en/of watter items nie aanvaar is nie.
  

12. Filling a shopping trolley

The shopping trolley may be checked at any stage by clicking on the click box with the trolley icon in the Web trade panel. The trolley need not be converted into an order immediately.

The shopping trolley can be filled in three ways:

a. Directly from the product-detailed page.

• Click on the small trolley next to the product code and description on the product-detailed page.
  
• Type the user name and password (only once per working session).
  
• The product details and price appears on the screen.
  
• Click in the "select" box and then type the quantity that should be placed in the trolley
  
• Click on the blue shopping trolley to place the order in the "shopping cart".
  
• Click on the "Back to Catalogue " or the Catalogue heading to add more products in the same way.
  

b. Search by description or code in the order program

• Click on the cash register box in the Web trade panel with text Now let's do some business.
  
• Type the user name and password (only once per working session).
  
• A search screen appears where the user can type the name or part of the name or the code.
  
• A product or range of products appears which complies with the specifications.
  
• By clicking on any product description, the corresponding detailed page in the catalogue is displayed.
  
• Click in the "select" box and type the quantity to be placed in the trolley.
  
• Click on the small shopping trolley to place the items in the shopping trolley,
  
• Should another product be ordered, click on the "New search" box.
  
  

c. List of codes and quantities.

• The function is helpful if the codes are known and it is not necessary to search for every product.
  
• Click on the cash register box in the Web trade panel with text Order per code list.
  
• Type the user name and password (only once per working session).
  
• Add the codes and quantities. Use Tab to move between column.
  
• When the list has been completed, click on the blue shopping trolley. A message will indicate that the items were accepted and/or which items were not accepted.
  
  

13. Plaas van bestelling

Op enige stadium kan die inkopietrollie omskep word in 'n bestelling. Op die inkopietrollie bladsy:

• Kliek op Click to submit this order.
  
• Sleutel die bestelnommer in of genereer 'n volgende bestelnommer.
  
• Plaas die bestelling deur te kliek op Send Order.
  
• Die inkopietrollie sal nou leeg wees.
  

13. Place orders

The shopping trolley can in any stage be converted into an order. On the shopping trolley page:

• Click on Click to submit this order.
  
• Type in the order number or generate a next order number.
  
• Place the order by clicking on Send Order.
  
• The shopping trolley will now be empty.
  
  

14. Volg van bestellings

Kliek op Outgoing Orders op die skerm nadat die bestelling geplaas is, of kliek op enige stadium op die vragmotortjie in die Webhandel paneel.

'n Lys van bestellings reeds geplaas word getoon. Deur op enige bestelling te kliek, word volledige besonderhede daarvan onderaan die bladsy getoon. Dit bevat die items wat bestel is, die faktuurnommer/s en die hoeveelheid gelewer (indien reeds verwerk).

Kliek op View langs enige bestelling om 'n ouditspoor van die bestelling te sien.

14. Follow orders

Click on Outgoing Orders on the screen after the order has been placed or click at any stage click on the lorry in the Web trade panel.

A list of orders already being placed will be displayed. By clicking on any order, detailed particulars thereof are displayed at the bottom of the page. It contains the items ordered, the invoice number/s en quantity delivered (if the orders has already been processed).

Click on View next to any order to view the audit trail of the order.

15. Elektroniese pryslys installasie

Volg die volgende stappe om die Agrioff program op jou hardeskyf te installeer:

• Maak alle ander Windows applikasies toe.
  
• Gaan na Agrinet se webtuiste by www.agrinet.co.za, kliek op "PriceLists",
  
• Tik jou gebruikersnaam en wagwoord in (indien jy dit nog nie het nie, vul die aansoekvorm in en ons laat jou dit kry binne 24 uur),
  
• Kliek op "Meer Inligting" by die Agrioff gedeelte,
  
• Kliek op "Register and download",
  
• Vul die vormpie in en kliek op "Download"
  
• Stoor die program lêer op jou hardeskyf ("save to disk") - dit maak nie saak waar, maar verkieslik waar jy dit weer in die hande kan kry indien nodig. Hou in gedagte dat hierdie slegs die lêer is wat nodig is om die program te installeer - dit is nie die pryslys nie. Moet nie aan die naam van die lêer verander nie.
  
• Sodra die aflaaiproses voltooi is, kliek op die "open" blokkie in die "Download Complete" skermpie. Alternatiewelik, kliek op die agrioff.exe lêer wat pas afgelaai is om dit te aktiveer.
  
• Die program sal nou outomaties installeer in die vouer met die naam "c:Program Files/Agrinet Offline Prices". Jy moet egter op 'n stadium bevestig dat die nuwe vouer waarin geïnstalleer word, aanvaarbaar is.
  
• Die installasieprogram skep 'n programgroep "Agrinet", waarbinne die Agrioff programskakel sal wees. Jy sal dit kry onder Start/Programs/Agrinet links onder op jou Windows skerm. Kliek daarop en die program sal met die eerste gebruik outomaties soek vir 'n nuutste pryslêer. Kliek op "OK" wanneer dit vra of 'n nuwer weergawe afgelaai moet word.
  
• Begin die pryslys gebruik. Omdat Agrinet se pryse slegs op die 1ste van elke maand verander, is dit slegs nodig om een keer per maand (verkieslik op die 1ste of voordat die pryslys gebruik word in 'n nuwe maand) die nuutste pryslys weergawe af te laai deur te kliek op "Check Internet for new Pricing Updates".
  
• Indien daar iets foutgaan en jy wil die proses herhaal, is dit raadsaam om die Agrioff program te verwyder deur van die "uninstall programs" funksie op start/settings gebruik te maak.
  
• Agrioff gebruik sogenaamde "data access components". Indien die program onsuksesvol op ouer rekenaars geïnstalleer word, mag dit nodig wees om dit af te laai van die Agrinet webblad. Gaan na Price Lists/Agrioff More Information.

15. Electronic Price List Installation

Follow the following steps to install the Agrioff price list program on your hard drive:

• Close all Window applications.
  
• Go to the Agrinet website at www.agrinet.co.za and click on "Pricelists".
  
• Type your username and password (if you don't have these yet, complete the application form and Agrinet will supply you with a password within 24 hours).
  
• Click on "More information" in the Agrioff section.
  
• Click on "Register and download".
  
• Complete the form and click on "Download".
  
• Store the program installation file on your hard drive ("save to disk"). It doesn't really matter exactly where, but preferably where you can find it necessary. Keep in mind that this file is used to install the program - it is not the program nor the price list. Do not change the name of the file.
  
• As soon as the download process is completed, click on the "open" block in the "Download Complete" screen. Alternatively, click on the downloaded agrioff.exe file to activate.
  
• The program will now automatically install the file with the name "C:Program Files/Agrinet Offline Prices". You will have to confirm that this newly created directory is acceptable.
  
• The installation program creates a program group called "Agrinet", in which the program link can be found. You will find it under Start/Programs/Agrinet in the bottom left of your screen. Click on it and with first use the program will automatically search for the latest price file. Click on "OK" when asked if the latest version must be downloaded.
  
• Start using the price list. Agrinet's prices only change on the first of the month. It is therefore advisable to download prices once a month - preferably on the 1st or before the price list is used in a new month. Clicking on "Check Internet for new Pricing updates" downloads the latest version.
  
• Should anything go wrong during the process and it is necessary to repeat it, it is advisable to remove the Agrioff program by using the "uninstall programs" function in start/settings.
  
• Agrioff needs data access components to function. If the installation was unsuccessful, it may be necessary to download these from the Agrinet website on the Internet. Go to Price Lists/Agrioff More Information.
