Description

Cornice Maker XPS cornices are manufactured from the worlds best quality XPS foam imported from Europe that leads to better consistency in quality Better performance compared to low quality XPS foam low quality XPS foam tends to have high expansion rates and thus poor performance once installed. High compressive strength which is an advantage for contractors as it reduces onsite breakages. XPS material is manufactured using a unique process which guarantees a consistent density throughout the material. This improves the lifespan of the final installation.XPS material is B1 fire rated. Products are shrink wrapped in packs of 4 x 2m lengths to ensure that shop soiling is minimized. An inlay with a 3D picture diagram and barcode is included on the pack. The outer boxes are perforated so that the top of the boxes can be removed for easy display in a free issue box stand. On all the product labelling a QR Code is included which can be scanned for full installation instructions. The ranges are colour coded to assist with category management. Use Cornice Maker tried and tested cornice adhesive for best results. Also ensure you use a water based paint to overcoat.
